1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Nexus Digital, obrt za usluge (sole proprietorship), owner Igor Ozmec, Trg Svetog Vida 9A, 42205 Vidovec, Croatia, OIB 68185829079, email: igor@nexus-digital.hr.

2. What data we collect

Only the data you enter in the contact form: name, email, phone (if you enter it), your message and how you heard about me (if you choose an answer). We don't collect data for advertising.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

We use your data only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

For as long as we're in contact about your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months if we don't end up working together. Messages in Formspree are deleted within the same period. If you become a client, we keep data for as long as accounting and tax regulations require.

5. Who we share it with

• Formspree, Inc. (USA): receives messages from the contact form and forwards them to our email. Data is stored on servers in the USA (Amazon Web Services), and the transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics), without cookies and without tracking individuals.

We never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Just email igor@nexus-digital.hr. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
