Terms of use

1. General. These terms are applied by Nexus Digital, obrt za usluge (sole proprietorship), owner Igor Ozmec, OIB 68185829079, to the use of this website and to website design, branding and copywriting services.

2. Quote and contract. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed in writing before work begins. Prices on the website are indicative ("from").

3. Payment. A 50% deposit is paid before work begins, and the balance on completion of the project. Nexus Digital is not VAT-registered (no VAT is charged under Art. 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act).

4. Copyright. On payment in full, all work created for the client (design, code, copy) becomes the client's property. Nexus Digital retains the right to show the project in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

5. Liability. Nexus Digital is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of its services. Total liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the project in question.

6. Changes. We may update these terms. The new version applies from its publication on this page.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction. The law of the Republic of Croatia applies. The competent court in Varaždin has jurisdiction over disputes.
